The Allied Arsenal
The name on your edition page
For buyers of the Numbered First Edition · support@thealliedarsenal.com answers within a day
Send a name you did not give at checkout, or change one you did. Either is a five-minute job at this end.
The name is typeset into the edition page at the back of the book, and all three editions are rendered again from source with it in place — it is not stamped on afterwards. Write it exactly as you want it printed: capitals, initials and punctuation all come through as written. Short forms sit best on the page; J. Smith reads better than a full three-part name, though either works.
Your mail program should have opened with the details filled in. Send that message and the name is recorded.
If nothing opened, email support@thealliedarsenal.com with your order address and the name — that is all this form does.
What happens next
Your copies are rendered with the name and the next copy number and sent by email within 24 hours of the name arriving. Copy numbers are issued in the order that orders arrive, and yours is not reissued to anyone else.
If a copy has already been sent, a corrected one replaces it — a misspelt name is not a problem, and there is no charge for putting it right.
Anything else
Files that will not open, a download link you no longer have, or a figure in the book you believe is wrong: support@thealliedarsenal.com. Corrections are published, dated, on the book's page.
Your refund window is 14 days from purchase — the refunds page has the detail, including Paddle's own buyer terms, which apply as well.
